Churchill is a 3-year old pit mix, who has a beautiful, brindle coat and the strut to match. Churchill is playful, active, very attentive, and loves to be included. Did we mention he likes to be included? In everything? Churchill is a great guy who will make a wonderful addition to a family. He loves people of all sizes- big and small.

Churchill loves a lot of things, including walks, running, playing fetch, going on drives, sitting on the sofa while you watch a movie, and giving kisses— he’s a little enthusiastic about this last one— one must be prepared. He’s housebroken, and is learning commands, like sit, let-go, stay, and wait, and we don’t doubt he’ll learn many more when he gets to his new home. In fact, we’ll be looking for his new home to be proactive about continuing his training and ensuring that he will be the best dog he can possibly be.

For the most part, Churchill is fine while on leash around other dogs, and really doesn't pay much attention to them, but caution needs to be used. We think Churchill should be the only dog in his new home— and he will just eat up all of the attention! We want to make sure Churchill's new home is dog-savvy, and as loyal as he is, he will reward you every waking minute (and even when he’s sleeping). It’s almost impossible to describe Churchill’s zest for life— he wants so badly to have a home (and we want so badly to find him the perfect home). Churchill approaches everything with excitement— from his nighttime ritual of burrowing in his cushy bed to his wishing you a good morning (even when it’s rainy out). This guy loves life and is really hoping an experienced home will come along and whisk him away. He deserves it!
