Sparky has got his paws crossed that he will find his forever home soon. He is a pekingese mix, weighs about 15 lbs. and is about 1 year old. Sparky is a special dog: he was born without vision, but it does not get him down in the least. He loves life and has got spunk! He walks around with confidence, can go up and down stairs and has no problem going potty outside. He also loves to play with toys. He is very friendly with humans and loves to play with dogs- though sometimes he gets into tiffs with them because he is all over the place and very mouthy. He can also be mouthy with people because he feels things with his mouth. Sparky is looking for a great home who wants to rescue a special needs dog. His condition does not create any expensive medical bills and he is very well adjusted for being blind.
